In recognition of American Sign Language Day, all ASL classes at Lindenhurst Middle School and Lindenhurst High School participated in a plethora of activities to enhance their knowledge of the language.

Students at the middle school had silent meals where students shared a meal and had conversations in ASL. Additionally, throughout the day, different classes came together to work collaboratively and interacted only using ASL.
