Lindenhurst Families enjoyed Connected Community Night March 11th

Lindenhurst Families Participate in Third Annual Connected Community Night
The Lindenhurst Union Free School District, in collaboration with Lindy Cares and the Town of Babylon, successfully hosted its third annual Connected Community Night on March 11, 2025. This event brought together families and community partners for an evening of wellness, connection, and valuable resources.
The event, held at the Lindenhurst Senior High School, provided a dynamic platform for families to engage in a variety of wellness-centered activities. Parents benefited from informative workshops on topics such as sound therapy, meditation, and overall wellness, gaining practical tools for personal and family well-being. Children participated in engaging, hands-on activities designed to promote teamwork, positive decision-making, and wellness in a fun and supportive atmosphere. A highlight for the students was a special appearance by Benny the Banana, a local social media star, which brought smiles and laughter to all.
Attendees had the opportunity to connect with numerous local organizations and businesses, discovering the wealth of resources and programs available within the Lindenhurst community.
