On Saturday, Jan. 21, approximately 25 students from the Lindenhurst High School National Art Honor Society participated in the Wreaths Across America Wreath Retirement at Long Island National Cemetery, where they assisted volunteers in the removal of 45,000 wreaths that were placed during the holiday season.
