Second grade students at West Gates Elementary School recently participated in a festive hands-on activity, crafting centerpieces for the holidays.

The activity has been a tradition in Karen Garguilo’s class for more than 20 years and is a collective effort between students and parents that produces beautiful centerpieces to be enjoyed at the holiday season.
