Holiday cheer recently radiated from Lindenhurst Middle School as students in the Family and Consumer Science Club and the sixth grade Activity Club worked on gingerbread houses provided by the Gingerbread University.

The activity that was facilitated by family and consumer science teacher Rosanne Giugliano included a visit from a representative from the Gingerbread University who assisted students in the building process.
