Students at West Gates Elementary School recently participated in a Turkey Trot where donations for a local food pantry were collected, inspiring community service while boosting physical fitness.

The after-school event, facilitated by physical education teacher Joe Calderone, had approximately 60 participants across grade levels collect nonperishable food items to benefit local families prior to Thanksgiving.
