The Lindenhurst occupational therapy department recently began their training in the use of the PuzzleArt Therapy System with Alli Berman.

This innovative therapy system can be applied to teach the eyes and brain to look for connections, paths and ways to solve problems by unifying physical movements with visual tracking to develop and strengthen neural pathways. The program encompasses guided relaxation and breathing techniques as well as whole-body movements.

The staff was excited to combine perceptual learning and oculomotor, binocular and sensory therapy with hands-on abstract art.
