Currently enrolled Lindenhurst UPK students and Preschool Special Education students do not need to re-register for Kindergarten. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Complete the online application. If you can’t access our online registration application, you can request a physical copy by calling (631) 867-3055 or emailing the registration office at registration@lufsd.org
• Additionally, you must return the completed registration packet and required documents via email to registration@lufsd.org or in-person to Central Registration:

If you're interested in the district's Kindergarten Spanish Dual-Language program, please complete the Dual language application on the district website, which will be available on January 15, 2026. 

We strongly encourage all parents to register their incoming Kindergarten students by April 1, 2026.
