Students at Alleghany spent the first days of school learning about our PAWS Core Values: Practice Respect, Accept responsibility, Work hard, Safety matters.  The PAWS Pep Rally is our big kick-off to a great year of practicing PAWS and making our school a great place to work, learn, and play.  We had a performance by the high school Varsity cheerleaders and we gave out the first Golden Tray to Mrs. Walsh's class, awarded for great behavior in the lunchroom and at recess, and Golden Bulldog Buck to 1st grade student Kelly Medley.  We also gave out the first Golden Token for our Book Vending Machine.  Our students are officially ready to put our PAWS Core Values into practice and make it the best school year ever!
