2012-2013 Budget Information
This section is dedicated to providing residents with up-to-date, detailed information on the school budget. It is critical, more now than ever, for the community to come together to vote on the proposed spending plan. As detailed in the supporting documents listed below, the proposed budget preserves most of the instructional programs and opportunities that our children are afforded in each of the district’s buildings.
Please go out and vote on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 – Polls Open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The district’s annual budget vote will take place, Tuesday, May 15, from
6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Albany Avenue, Alleghany Avenue, Daniel Street,
Harding Avenue and William Rall Elementary Schools. This is an important
vote for the future of our schools.

Polling Location Change
The Lindenhurst School District, in preparation for the Annual Budget Vote and Trustee Election on Tuesday, May 15, is making changes to its designated polling places.
Residents who previously voted at Lindenhurst Middle School will now vote at Alleghany Avenue Elementary School, located at 250 South Alleghany Avenue. Those who previously voted at E.W. Bower Elementary School will now vote at Harding Avenue Elementary School, located at 2 Harding Avenue.
The other polling locations of Albany Avenue, William Rall, and Daniel Street Elementary Schools remain the same.
